You can cancel your subscription at any time through our self-service platform - after your second charge has been processed.
Per our Terms & Conditions (Section 6.6), our subscription plans are offered at a discounted rate. If you choose to cancel before your second charge, you will be required to pay the difference between the subscription price and the one-time purchase price of the product.
To cancel your subscription:
Access your account by following the instructions here.
Go to the Your Subscriptions page.
Click Manage Subscription.
Click Cancel Subscription.
Note: If your subscription is paused, you'll need to unpause it first to see the cancel option.
