You are eligible for a refund if:
- The product is unopened, in original packaging, and fit for resale;
- The product is faulty or not as described.
To request a return:
- Email us at hello@herbodhi.com within 14 days of delivery;
- Include a description of the issue and photo proof (if applicable).
Once approved:
- You’ll receive a prepaid return label;
- A 9.00 USD shipping fee will be deducted from your refund;
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return;
- It may take 10–30 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Orders shipped to Canada or Australia are non-returnable and non-refundable at this time.
