Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause your subscription for up to one month using the self-service portal.

To pause:

1. Access your account by following the instructions here.
2. Go to Your Subscriptions page.
3. Click Manage Subscription.
4. Choose Pause Subscription, and select how long you'd like to pause (up to 1 month).

Important: If you want to cancel your subscription later, you’ll need to first unpause it before the Cancel option becomes available.
